This should work, but please let me know if it doesn't. menu, you should be able to hold Cmd+Ctrl+, (comma), then hit the letter B to open the Help and feedback menu, then hit S to select Send feedback and open the feedback tool. Normally I would have you go through the menu, but if you can't do that, hopefully these keyboard shortcuts will help. I understand that this may be difficult if you are having some graphical issues. If possible, the team would love to also get some diagnostics from you via our feedback tool. Clearing the cache is also a useful step.
